MALAY COOKING & CULTURAL EXPERIENCE
Malay cooking relies on many fresh herbs and spices, the fresher they are,
the better the flavor and later your meal. In the couryard of his
home, a remarklable Malay house in the middle of the jungle, Shuk
will collect the herbs and many of the ingredients to be used to prepare
traditinal malay dishes. In the well equipped kitchen
of his home, he will prepare a traditional Malay meal with
three or more courses.
