MALAY COOKING & CULTURAL EXPERIENCE

Malay cooking relies on many fresh herbs and spices, the fresher they are, the better the flavor and later your meal. In the couryard of his home, a remarklable Malay house in the middle of the jungle, Shuk will collect the herbs and many of the ingredients to be used to prepare  traditinal malay dishes.  In the well equipped kitchen of his home,  he will  prepare a  traditional Malay meal  with three or more courses.

After all is done  you will enjoy a superb meal  in the dining terrace below the house, a happy and sociable experience. Shukri's fame in this field has led to a number of occasions when he has been televised ( TV3, Planet Food World Wide ) for his knowledge of all the herbs and spices traditionally found and his skill in both the preparation and his innate knowledge of the dishes of his heritage in Kedah.
